Data Deletion Requests

If you are a parent or student using the Naveed Majeed Academy NMA Connect app or the student/parent web portal, you may request that we delete your account and personal information at any time. To do so:

1. Email naveedmajeedacademy@gmail.com from the address, or from a phone number, associated with your account.
2. State the student's full name, Student ID, and that you are requesting deletion of the account and its data.
3. We will confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted: your login credentials, profile photo, and Ask Teacher message history.

Data that is retained, and for how long: academic records required by law or academy policy — attendance, exam results, and fee records — are retained for the academy's standard record-keeping period (currently 3 years after the student leaves the academy) even after account deletion, as these form part of the school's official records and may be required for transcripts, transfers, or regulatory compliance. Retained records are no longer accessible through the app once the account is deleted.
